"Lynn guided me through the "full" set-up of your online website. She suggested I read "Everything" on the pages, and if I still did not understand it, and had additional questions to call Holiday Systems International. I teased her and said NO Lynn, now that I have your extension I will call you. Instead of saying, like most Customer Service Representatives do, Oh no, you can call and speak to anyone. Lynn invited me to call her. All in all with Customer Service Representatives like Lynn "Everyone" would be "Satisfied" customers."

"First off what an excellent idea on Holiday Systems International's part to welcome new members with a phone call along with the Welcome e-mail… Although [Lauren] may know her stuff inside out (and she does!) she never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. What happens so often in companies who need to explain the same things over and over to customers is that they forget this is the first time for "this" customer. I work in a Customer Service Environment where I train phone representatives on Customer Service. Lauren hit the mark on everything! Customers have huge expectations when dealing with a company such as Holiday Systems International and she exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Lauren is very friendly, very professional and very personable. She has a wonderful tone in her voice that I could visualize her smiling.
